The Woodland Co., Ltd. once again shared warmth with patients at Purme Foundation Nexon Children’s Rehabilitation Hospital this year-end. On the 17th, a gift-giving ceremony was held at the hospital in Mapo-gu, Seoul, for all children undergoing treatment.
The event was attended by The Woodland staff, The Twelve’s exclusive model comedian Hong In-gyu, the CEO of Gugulights, and Yoon Hye-ji, the creator of the global character Molang, who personally delivered thoughtfully prepared gifts and offered warm words of encouragement to the children undergoing rehabilitation treatment.
Ahead of the event, Choi Hee-jeong, CEO of The Woodland Co., Ltd., said, “We prepared this with care, hoping that the children, tired from long-term treatment, could experience even a day of happiness,” adding, “We hope it will become a joyful Christmas memory for the young patients and wish them a speedy recovery.”
Additionally, CEO Choi stated, “Since the early days of our business, The Woodland has been engaged in various forms of social contribution activities, including through the nonprofit organization Love in Lights,” adding, “This year has been especially meaningful as we have built a relationship with Purme Foundation Nexon Children’s Rehabilitation Hospital, and we hope to continue this connection in the future.”
During last year’s Children’s Day event, The Woodland Co., Ltd., which sponsored childcare products for all patients at Purme Foundation Nexon Children’s Rehabilitation Hospital, has continued to grow steadily with products that add a touch of lifestyle sensibility, including the oral care brand “The Twelve,” the urban lifestyle brand “Gugulights,” and the living brand “Le Detail.”
Meanwhile, comedian Hong In-gyu is preparing to launch the children’s brand PapaBebe, and Yoon Hye-ji, the creator of the popular character Molang, is actively engaged as a publicity ambassador for the Seoul Volunteer Center, contributing her design talents through various volunteer activities.
