[Gonggam News] Reporter Jeong Jae-eun – On the 30th of last month, The Woodland held a donation event in celebration of Children’s Day, providing oral care products for children at Purme Foundation Nexon Children’s Rehabilitation Hospital.

The event was organized to create special Children’s Day memories and offer warm encouragement to children and their families who are undergoing long-term rehabilitation treatment.

The event was attended by Choi Hee-jeong, CEO of The Woodland, and Dr. Lee Won-il, Director of Purme Foundation Nexon Children’s Rehabilitation Hospital, who personally encouraged the children and their guardians, sharing a meaningful time together.

A total of 190 children received gifts through this donation, which included The Twelve Kids’ Toothbrush 12-pack, The Twelve daytime toothpaste, The Twelve infant floss 40-pack, and The Twelve sand timer, among other oral care products.

It was explained that, beyond simply providing daily necessities, the donation reflects the brand’s philosophy and sincerity in helping children develop healthy daily habits on their own during the treatment process.

In particular, “The Twelve” has been running campaigns to emphasize the importance of regularly replacing toothbrushes and has presented various content focusing on promoting family-oriented oral care habits. The brand continues its activities primarily in the infant and kids’ oral care sector.

Since 2018, The Woodland has maintained a relationship with Purme Foundation Nexon Children’s Rehabilitation Hospital, carrying out consistent charitable activities every year during Children’s Day and the Christmas season.

Dr. Lee Won-il, Director of the hospital, said, “We are deeply grateful to The Woodland for sharing their warm hearts with the children every year. Their support provides great comfort and hope to children and their guardians who are tired from the long treatment process, and it has become a meaningful gift that makes Children’s Day even more special as our hospital celebrates its 10th anniversary this year.”

Choi Hee-jeong, CEO of The Woodland, said, “We prepared this event hoping that, on Children’s Day, the children would remember more laughter and excitement than the difficulties of treatment. We believe that creating special moments with each child is the very reason The Woodland and The Twelve exist.”
